The United States, Canada and Mexico currently meet all of these transparency requirements, in addition to the substantive political requirements that are consistent with the articles of the International Monetary Fund Convention.  The text of the agreement was signed on November 30, 2018 by the heads of state or government of the three countries as a side event at the G20 summit that spilled out in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on November 30, 2018.  The English, Spanish and French versions will be equally authentic and the agreement will enter into force after ratification by the three states through the adoption of enabling legislation.
